1 tsp basil seeds
1⁄2 cup of water
4-6 strawberries, cut or mashed
1 banana
1⁄2 cup of oat milk
Soak basil seeds in water for 20 minutes. Add to blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more oat milk for a thinner consistency. Option to add additional chopped fruit after removing from blender.
