Eight years ago, while mindlessly rotating from one workout machine to the other, I decided to try Averill’s DDP yoga class and that turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made! I used to go to the gym five times per week (for years!!) and never see a change in my body or strength but once I tried Averill’s class, not only was I instantly hooked but within a few weeks my balance and strength had increased dramatically! I signed up for personal training with Averill, and again, within a couple of months, Averill had got me into the best shape and health of my life. Not only did he provide nutritional and workout advice but also tons of anatomical information so that I could understand my body better. Averill comes up with workouts that works for your body and strengths, and in no time, you will be able to do exercises that you’d thought you could never do. Workouts will be challenging but Averill approaches every situation in a kind, supportive, and fun way. He will make sure that you do the best that YOU can do and will keep you motivated from start to end. Averill is genuine, kind, encouraging, and hilarious! You will get a great workout and you will have a great time! If you have the chance to train with him, you will not be disappointed.
