I’ve participated in quite a few different meal plans in my attempt to eat more clean to compliment my training so I decided to try the plan. Before going into the plan I was not a vegetarian and limited when it came to vegetarian meal preparation and having a clear understanding about how I can still gain muscles on a plant-based diet. The best things about the plan is it comes with so much information that I didn’t feel lost and had a detailed road map that helped me adjust to the meal plan. Anytime I had a question it was answered and additional help was needed when necessary. I loved the different options for meals especially when it came to the different smoothie recipes and the awesome savory recipes as well. Can I just say that cashew smoothie has become my #1 favorite drink of 2019?! Each day that I was on the Elimination plan I woke up with more energy and didn’t feel stuck or bloated. No gas or bloating and my skin was more hydrated and I didn’t suffer from any flare-ups with my eczema which was another bonus. If you want to detox and cleanse your body and wake up with more energy and clear skin I strongly suggest trying the Elimination plan. I plan to incorporate the Elimination plan into my routine several times a year when I want to do a really thorough detox and reset.
