Shahada’s workouts not only change your body they change your mind. She inspires you through movement, music, and muscle connection. She doesn’t just say to “contract your core” she talks you through each particular muscular engagement. This gives you an understanding and new realization as to how the body works and how you can change it. To say Shahada’s training is wonderful is an understatement. She goes beyond any trainer, teacher, or coach that I have run across. She provokes you to use your mind, body and soul, giving you tools to make serious changes. Shahada motivates you to return each day knowing that you’ll learn something new, laugh while you do so, and have a kick ass workout.
