Shahada is an absolute GODDESS sourcerer of all that is love. She will gut all that is stress, anxiety, doubt and anything negative and beat it into strength, love, positivity, power, magick..and leave you ripped too. She offers classes that are one of the most challenging but in a beautiful way. She’ll have you questioning “how the fuck is that possible” but she gets you to try and work through it. She is an absolute blessing in and outside the Yoga studio.
