TRAINING PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Customized Workouts: Shahada will design workouts to specifically shape and strengthen your body. If you purchase a package, you will be put on a workout schedule to keep you consistent. Your workouts will change from week to week to keep your body consistently adapting and evolving.
Weekly check-ins: Shahada will take weekly measurements to determine any inches you’ve lost in a given week. If needed, she will also monitor pounds gained or lost and adjust your workouts and nutrition accordingly.
Nutrition Guidance: If you’ve done the SEASONAL EATING PLAN before, Shahada will use your blueprint to help you stay on track. If you have not done the plan before, she will help you identify and remove key issues in your eating habits to help you feel more successful. She will also work to help you fill in your nutritional and reach your wellness goals.
Recommendations: In order for lean muscle training to truly take, you need to do it at least twice a week.
