In 2010, I decided to take my life back. I had struggled with my weight most of my life. I walked into my gym and signed up for personal training sessions. I met Averill and we hit if off immediately. Averill’s philosophy is to do the best you can each session- minimum 10-maximum 20. He provided support and encouragement and had me doing exercises that I never dreamed I could do. Averill’s first question each session is how is your body doing after the previous work-out. I have lost over 89 pounds and been able to keep it off since 2010. Averill understood my goals and helped me achieve them. Thanks Averill!!
