This is the real deal. There’s so much I can say about this Nourish Level 1 program, but I will try and keep it to the point. I lost 13 pounds in 21 days following this guide. When I started I was a bit intimidated because I had never cut up some of the fruits and vegetables or cooked with some of the vegetables these recipes call for. Now I’m an expert! Before tackling this 21-day adventure I was purchasing food through a meal prep company. The food was delicious but it wasn’t helping me lose weight, it didn’t teach me anything about my body and it didn’t give me any energy. The foods used in this 21-day program has given me energy, I’m sleeping better and surprisingly, I’m not as hungry. Some of the food you will eat are some of your everyday recipes, but the way this program has you make them is a lot healthier. Make sure you set aside time to meal prep so you can just grab and go throughout the week. Last thing, the email support I received was great as well. Immediate responses. I loved this Nourish Level 1 so much that I am doing it again! Bikini body here I come!
